Houston. And Dallas-Fort Worth. (Cymbal crash.)

Why am I not surprised?

    As a native Ohioan, whose father comes from Michigan, I am outraged that Cleveland and Detriot did not make the list! (joke)

    Well, everything depends on how dirty is the dirtiest then. I guess I’ve seen worse elsewhere.

    Yeah, they’re a little short on criteria. Southeast Jerusalem should have made the list, for sure.
