Happy Birthday Blue Bell

The fact is I try to stay away from ice cream because it makes me fat. But when I do break down and indulge a little–usually because we keep the stuff around for Mr. B.–it’s Blue Bell all the way. That’s long been the case for many Texans since the stuff is made here (in Brenham, between Austin and Houston) and has been, this year, for 100 years altogether. So happy BD, Blue Bell. Keep it up.

    Just signed up on the turnkey and wanted to see if it will work since we are not very computer literate. My mother has a dish of ice cream a day and she is 89. Joe

    Yes, my grandparents ate it everyday as well. They considered it a great luxury since, growing up, they’d only had what could be made at home. Thanks for registering. BTW, the photo cds arrived. Thank you for sending them. Hope you’re having good weather up there in Vermont. Meanwhile, go back into the “turnkey” and try taking your email address off your “signature,” and see if it still works. It should. No need to advertise the email address with your comment, unless you want parties unknown sending you mail. You might, but I wouldn’t. 😉
