Hm… normally grant money doesn’t go into student’s pocket or bank account. It is used via the uni purchasing system and the student submits requests for every purchase. Strange.

Really? For an administration that is so gung ho for gun control, they certainly spend a lot of time buying firearms for people who shouldn’t have them.
