“Middle-class economics”

LBJ called his plethora of new entitlements “The Great Society.” FDR called his “The New Deal.” Democrats have always specialized in freebies with fancy titles. But only BHO uses double talk.

“Middle-class economics,” Wormtongue says “means making it easier to afford childcare, college, paid leave, health care, a home, and retirement.” Huh?

He’s already crippled the middle class with a rotten economy and new taxes he claimed were for the rich. Plus, the new Republican congress his policies helped elect isn’t likely to be impressed with either new entitlements or double talk.

So who’s he talking to? Himself?

“Unraveling the Obama belief system is a challenge,” says the WSJ’s Dan Henninger, “so let’s take the lower, simpler road and agree with conventional wisdom that ‘middle-class economics’ is mostly about where the votes are.”

The Worm is always looking for distractions. So, while he’s funnelling billions in aid to Iran, he’s setting the Hildabeast’s 2016 agenda for her, whether she asked him to or not. Apparently she hasn’t come up with her own catchy phrase yet.
