Who? Why, the Japanese inventor of Ramen instant noodles, who died Friday of a heart attack. He was 96.

    I’ve eaten them myself more than once, especially when I was trying to save money for something or other. They should yank that ass Jimmy Carter’s Nobel Prize and give it to Mr. Ando as a memorial.
