Ambrosia salad

From the Rancho Roly Poly Recipe File:

1 13.5 oz can pineapple chunks, drained

1 cup flaked coconut

1 cup mini marshmellows

1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges

1 cup sour cream

Mix pineapple & oranges, coconut, marshmellows, sour cream. Chill, at least 3 hours.
