   yet another example of the efficiency of private enterprise over state programs. Remember that nonsensical so old saying, “we invented the toilet and the Japanese put the hole in it?” Yeah, well it applies quite nicely for the transference between government sponsored, painfully linear programs and private sector r&d.
   Give the bit and bridle to the guys with the money and freedom. Then stand back.

   I missed the toilet remark. They did improve on the mass-produced automobile, however. Whoever does it, I expect we’ll someday be able to buy tickets for an excursion to the moon and back. Or, at least, to an Earth-orbiting hotel. All in all, I’d rather have flown aboard one of the Clippers to Hawaii. At least it could set down in the water if the engines quit.

   I read it all, including the comments. It looks scurrilous to me, the work of a crazy Dem who actually thinks the news media favors Mac. Ho, ho. The site itself is almost pornographic.
