A laugher

Jerome R. Corsi’s new, critical book on Baby Barry, The Obama Nation, Leftist Politics and the Cult of Personality is riding high atop the NYT’s bestseller list. But you wouldn’t know it if you only visited his book’s Amazon site. In just twelve days, the "review" count has jumped from sixty-four to seven hundred and fifty-eight. Of course, they’re not really reviews. It’s a political battle between the Barry lovers and the Barry haters. You can tell because the reviews are mostly five stars or one stars. So far the one stars are winning, by a margin of two hundred. It’s a hoot, but it’s also irrelevant. You need to look under Product Details, where it shows that the book is No. 2 among Amazon bestsellers. Nice try, Barry lovers. Better luck next time. Bye, bye Barry.

  1. I would suggest that there is a need for a due diligence process on this character. Check this out:

    Just read it accidentally.

Hmm. Looks like a hatchet job to me, especially this claim:
“…much of it has been proven to be fiction.”
Not even the NYTimes, which reviewed it and clearly hated it, went that far. There is plenty of dirt on Obama of his own creation (Wright, Ayers, etc.) that there’s no need to make stuff up. It’s just that he prefers not to talk about it and the MSM has cooperated with him by pretending it’s of no significance.
Likewise with Kerry. Most of the stuff in Corsi’s book about Kerry was directly from people who served with him in Vietnam, all of them his fellow officers and his commanders. The MSM tried to ignore it, then sputtered and fumed about the book, but they never claimed it was fiction. Kerry, today, claims his problem was that he didn’t fight back hard enough. But he still hasn’t done it (he still will not release his military records, which Bush did), because he can’t. Corsi had him dead to rights, and he knows it.
