UPDATE: Maggie Thatcher’s old line: "The trouble with Socialism is that you eventually run out of other people’s money." So work for the Post Office. But don’t count on being there long.

Unfortunatly that is probably what will happen.For years now,even in our rural Fl. counties the biggest employer has been local gov.The old joke of two guys working,and ten leaning on their shovels,will never be more accurate.
Just as long as they vote Democrat, I’m sure Pelosi et al will be pleased as punch.
Just today discussed this one. Since an economic success is mainly dependent on economy, which is not very manageable, the next best thing is a Nobel Peace Prize, which means steamrolling some politicos in ME and enforcing some semblance of peace solution.
Which means lots of pressure and soon, seeing as Mitchell is already in the air.
I remember Mitchell when he did the job for Clinton, and how he solved nothing. He or Barry may, indeed, win the prize, worthless as it is since Carter, Gore and Arafat won it. But nothing will change. Just more people dying.
