   Probably did, and probably obsolete now, but I still think biplanes ought to make a comeback, if only because they look cool in the air.

   Biplanes are still used for crop dusting and similar operations. They also do stunt flying at air shows that is awfully cool.

   I suppose dusting and stunting will be their limits, except, possibly for recreational flying (to the extent anyone can afford that anymore) as any military use would be too vulnerable to missiles because of their relatively slow speed.
