seiupig…..Private industry unions long ago outlived their usefulness to all but the Democrat Party. Public “industry” unions have none and never did. But now we’re stuck with them.

….Theirs is one obesity problem the First Lady will not be tackling soon.

    Yes, God forbid that any bunch of workers have any rights that prevent them from being thrown on the scrapeheep the moment our ruling Plutocrats decide to do so. That is not what the ultra-wealthy Koch brothers spent their millions for in electing the current Wisconsin gov. and legislature!

      Something tells me you’re a member of this union. Which, by the way, spends millions to try to elect Democrats, in Wisconsin and elsewhere. Just didn’t work out for them in Wisconsin, apparently. Or in the House last time around, either.

      I’m with Instapundit. This public employees union ought to be illegal. All it does is raise my taxes to pay paper-pushers more than I make and pay them pensions more lucrative than my own. Off with their heads!

    The only obsenciety in the current political situation is the super-rich plutocrats who caused the current world-wide economic crisis are bitching at the half-hearted attempts to control their unlimited greed.
