What, the economy doesn’t jump when he orders it?

Would be helpful to lower taxes and cut back on voluminous federal business regulations (not to mention repealing Obamacare) but that’s (apparently) too obvious for our disgraceful president.

“Obama taxes Americans. He taxes their incomes, their lifebloods and their patience. He has put his entire faith in taxes, in grubbing up enough money to serve as collateral for his latest scheme. And the road that his paradise of amnesty for illegal aliens, green energy for electric poverty and more government employees to administer the whole mess leads to is Detroit.”

He talks and talks and nothing happens. He doesn’t care. He’s got his.

    Nothing happens?

    The dependant become even more dependant on the government largess, thereby making them more likely to vote Democrat to keep the scam going.

    All of this is bankrolled by the people who have to pay ‘their fair share’, while Obama’s cronies rake in even more to make up the difference.

    As the economy lurches, the Democrats insist on even more power to ‘solve’ the problem.

    “Nothing happens” in the sense that the economy has not improved and will not so long as business has to worry that hiring more people with consequent expanded payroll and benefits could make them more vulnerable to the cost of new regs from D.C.

    The Democrats have stifled the economy from Obama’s first day in office and continue to do so. And so far the RHINOs have done very little to turn that around. The House could have voted to repeal Obamacare already, even if the Senate didn’t go along, which might ensure a Rep victory next year, but it hasn’t and it doesn’t look like it ever will.

    I sometimes think there really isn’t “a dime’s worth of difference” between the Reps and the Dems and we really do have a one-party government that only yells at each other from time to time to keep up the pretense of an opposition.
