“The alleged misconduct being investigated is somewhat obscure–something involving a work visa program in the state–but it is notable that the alleged misconduct was to have occurred three years ago, and the FBI’s announcement comes a year after the state’s own attorney general closed its own investigation without bringing any charges.”

If I was Rounds I get some commercials out pronto for this weekend trumpeting this development and I would wear it as a badge of honor. I would also bring it up in every interview I had.
Me, too. But even in South Dakota, the Democrat media probably already is on him (McGovern territory, you know) and such a strategy might make it worse. Still, I would.
Don’t you love coincidences? Such “timely” investigations tend to happen in other places too, not only in US, rest assured.
