So what is our all-politics-all-the-time President Wormtongue doing? (When he’s not presiding over the latest race riot?) Rushing to help some of these 1,000 people a month? Naw. He’s watching the growing American divestment movement, and seeing in it an opportunity for more domestic votes.
So, naturally, he’s mulling sanctions against Israel. While fighting against new sanctions for Iran. What a leader! What a schmuck.

Let’s hope it will remain a rumor. Although, of course, bad rumors tend to become reality.
I doubt it’s a rumor, since the report began with Ha’aretz which has a close association with the Obama administration, being fellow leftists and Bibi haters. The Ha’aretz report (behind the firewall) is remarkably neutral for an Israeli newspaper which is likely to be hurt along with everyone else by economic sanctions.

What I wonder is will this finally remove all doubts as to Obama’s and his Administration’s antipathy towards Israel? Sadly, I doubt it.
Not with his supporters, but nothing he does fazes them. It will be interesting to see what it does to the Democrat Party. Are they so leftist by now that this will actually please most of them? Or will it cripple the Party internally for a generation? He undoubtedly thinks the former will apply and that it won’t cost them many more votes. No more than his behavior already has, i.e., Obamacare, et al.
