Al’s pal in the White House

Can’t say for sure who race-hustler Al Sharpton visited on his sixty-plus trips to the White House, but it’s a safe bet it wasn’t the gardener.

MSNBC host, tax evader and proclaimed ‘Reverend’ Al Sharpton is a top adviser to President Obama and has been since day one in the Oval Office. In fact, with more than 60 visits to the White House during Obama’s tenure, you could say Sharpton is one of the top advisers outside of paid staff.

“Heck, he’s even vacationed with the president on Martha’s Vineyard and has a close relationship with senior White House adviser Valerie Jarrett. He’s also played a key role in advising Obama about nominations to powerful positions inside the federal government, including a replacement for Attorney General Eric Holder as the nation’s top law enforcement officer.”

Gosh, you don’t suppose this explains why the pretend Great Uniter came into office in 2009 bashing Rush Limbaugh and Fox News? And why he’s been much more like a Great Divider ever since?

And just when is tax-cheat Al going to get around to paying his $4.5 million in back taxes?

Via The Hill.

UPDATE:  It’s not like he couldn’t raise the money. The reverend, whose slick-backed hair is “conked” like an old-fashioned Negro, already is sponsored by major corporations: Sony, GM, AT&T, Verizon, McDonald’s & Walmart.

  1. Yea, if this is a close advisor… check this out:

  2. The ‘reverend’ title is technically from the Church of God in Christ denomination, but it was bestowed on him at the age of 9 by a pentecostal Bishop Washington who had a go-it-alone attitude, shall we say. Since then, Sharpton has been into just about any hustle except a congregation. His reverend bit makes snake oil salesmen look good, but the press persists in bestowing the supposed honorific.

Skunks think alike. Anything African-American, and I mean anything, is sacred to the snooze media. Even thugs like Trayvon and Michael Brown. They quickly forgot poor Miriam Carey, however. That made-up holiday Kwanza, which few blacks observe, was a big to-do for years that commanded the front page.

As for his rants: most blacks I have known were homophobic but I’ve never seen that reported in any prominent way.
