The Obama administration expects to finish delivering $11.9 billion in cash assets to Iran by the end of June, according to figures released by the State Department.

The billions to Iran interests me more than anything Bibi does. OTOH, I doubt he finagled his way into speaking to Congress. I’m sure the GOP invited him, for their own reasons. Including sticking a thumb in Barry’s eye.
