So says a Hawaii federal judge in a stunning put-down of President Trump’s second temporary ban—our robed rulers have spoken. Not even a president can gainsay them.
“The hold is aimed at the March 6 Executive Order 13780 which carefully cited legal and constitutional, plus national security reasons, for its temporary stop to the inflow of refugees from six conflict-prone Muslim countries, pending the development of new screening procedure to exclude migrants who may subsequently attack Americans.”
Trump should stop tip-toeing around the issue and ban all refugees henceforth.
