Trump: Genius or Savant?

A genius. An absolute genius at tying the liberals up in knots, along with their fellow-travelers McCain and Graham.

“Trump was unafraid to do what five presidents were afraid to do with regard to J. Edgar Hoover shows an additional aspect of his character that, while problematic, probably plays well with a lot of the public…But finally, it ought to be noted for the historical record that Comey might well be considered the last casualty of the recklessness of the Clintons.

“Aside from the specific controversy of Hillary’s home-brew server, it was Bill Clinton’s dodgy meeting on the airport tarmac with Attorney General Loretta Lynch last summer than compelled Comey to come forward with his extraordinary [July, 2016] press conference letting Hillary off the hook while explaining clearly that she is in fact a criminal.”

And that, alone, was a reason to fire him. But Obama wouldn’t do it.

Fake News coverup

“‘The lawsuit against CNN, meanwhile, claims the company’s Atlanta headquarters is rife with racism,’ The New York Post wrote on April 27.”

That’s a lawsuit by 175 current and former employees of the masters of Fake News. Strange that we don’t hear much about it, or its progress, while any dispute involving Fox is prime news.

Obviously, the Mediacrats protect their own.

Finally…

Trump fired Comedy. And the Left, predictably, is losing it.

“It’s a grotesque abuse of power by the President of the United States. This is the kind of thing that goes on in non-democracies—that when there is an investigation that reaches near the President of the United States or the leader of a non-democracy, they fire the people who are in charge of the investigation. I have not seen anything like this since October 20, 1973, when President Nixon fired Archibald Cox, the Watergate special prosecutor.”

Bhawhahahaha.

Now get the Hildafelon’s case to a grand jury!

Franken and Colbert: Two Bozos

Power Line’s Scott Johnson: “Combining stupidity with flattery, Colbert’s statement both sucks and sucks up, big league. Senator Franken, can you top it?”

Possibly. They are a pair of bookend bozos, as Power Line commenter Bill Margerum says: “Colbert is no comedian (or entertainer or astute political observer for that matter) and Franken is the village idiot who is denomstrating (sic) with each comment and question that he has no idea what he is talking about.”

Pocahontas Warren

Was watching Trump at the NRA meet on my iPhone when he derided Sen. Elizabeth Warren as “Pocahontas,” something he did throughout the nominating campaign last year. I got a good laugh out of it.

Now the lying Mediacrats at NBC want you to believe Trump was taking an unprincipled, unfair and unAmerican jab at her Native American ancestry. When it’s really a totally fair swipe at her fake native American ancestry.

ESPN’s political decline

“’ESPN’s shift toward more cultural and political content,’ admits Mr. Brady, ‘is noted with derision by some fans.’ And no wonder, but the network is choosing not to listen to them. Mr. Brady concludes by instructing customers, ‘ESPN has made it clear: It’s not sticking to sports.’”

And they don’t spot the political ball on the 50 yard line. It’s pure leftism.

I canceled my Net subscription to ESPN’s college football highlights some time ago. Since the Big 12 common taters were lost in the channel’s mass firings of mostly whites, I won’t be coming back.

The Big Ask

“AP: Can you tell me a little bit about how that came about?

“TRUMP: No, just — you know, I asked the [Egyptian] government to let her out. …[Aya Hijazi, an Egyptian-American charity worker, jailed for three years]…

“TRUMP: You know Obama worked on it for three years, got zippo, zero.”

Trump, the master salesman, asked for the sale. He just asked. He did “the big ask” from The Art of The Deal. He got it.
