Not of the tortured quibble, "It depends on what the meaning of is is." But Bill Clinton’s preceding lie, "I did not have sexual relations with that woman," an all-time first for a president. Which woman, Bill? With you, it’s hard to keep them straight, I bet. Terribly unfair, right, to hang this on Hilarity and her presidential campaign? Not really. Because, hey, he’s already out there campaigning for her, and if you elect her, then you are sure going to get him. No question about that. They’re a matched set.
