I doubt all that many people actually watch these pathetic exercises in politco-speak, but, in addition to being tiresome, they are subversive:
“….the tradition of allowing a biased media to run these events continues. It is a testament to the passivity of the Republican Party. We saw how it worked during the [Republican] primary season. Now we are going to get a rerun during the main event, with more subtlety and ultimately more subversion.”
Not very subtle at that. Fat, wrinkled Candy Crowley? Beyond wrinkled Bob Schieffer? These keepers of the Democrat narrative don’t know how to be subtle. And CNN? They barely have the audience to justify their inclusion. Not that audience is the issue here, obviously, since Fox, which is No. 1 in news audience, is excluded.
