It’s nice to know someone is doing this. In fact, thirty-one someones, in a challenge similar to the space travel X-prize.

    I would much prefer to hear that somebody succeeded in this. The aircar, meanwhile, looks like a really viable alternative.

    With one reservation: I would be afraid to drive it on the roads traveled by Hummers and their likes.

    I’d like an aircar to use around town. But I hear they won’t be sold in the U.S. But maybe in Israel.
