The rule, “Government failure always justifies more government,” certainly is counter-intuitive. But, when government fails to do its regulatory job, or to do it properly, the Left’s solution is always more government regulation.

The second, third and fourth rules (as I see them) are lessons in how to kill an economy, which Lefty Obamalot has been diligently practicing since 2009: big tax spending programs, tax hikes for “the rich” who invest in business, and more, expensive regulations for those businesses.
Workin’ great so far. Unemployment has topped 9 percent. Officially. Probably higher. Why would they want to do this? To justify more government.

Well, bureaucracy is a self-sustaining and self-growing entity under any conditions and under any government.
Uh, not here, at least not until the 1930s or so. Obamalot has been singlehandedly enlarging it, especially with the so-called “stimulus” money (which mostly went to government programs) and, of course, ObamaCare. I hope it comes back and bites him next year.
