Never had to clean women’s restrooms. But the duty in post-boot camp training…
You could make it spotless, even cleaning the pipes in and out of the damn place, then the next day, it was like you’d never even been there, like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Depressing.
I guess it was good training, for life and the service. Taught you that you never actually get finished.
“Clean as you go,” was the lesson I learned in basic, but on KP from the Army cooks.
The lesson I learned basic KP, was don’t get this duty again!
