Trump & Pence fail to call out Antifas

Vice President Mike Pence at least hinted at their existence when he said:

“I will say I take issue with the fact that many in the national media spent more time criticizing the president’s words than they did criticizing those that perpetrated the violence to begin with.

“Indeed,” Breitbart reported, “much of the violence that occurred in Charlottesville was started by the left-wing Antifa groups that went to the city to confront the ‘Unite the Right’ rally-goers.”

Unite the Right had a permit to march. The Antifa troublemakers, who the videos of the riot show armed with clubs and wearing helmets over their masked faces, did not.

But President Trump also failed to call out Antifa by name Monday, spending his words on the so-called White Supremacists, neo-Nazis and KKK who had every right to rally and march whether we like them or not.

For shame. Donald, for shame. By not calling Antifa out by name, you ensure they will perpetrate many more riots to come.
