If you’ve had your ding-dong removed and replaced with a yoni and are pumped full of hormones, I think (unlike PJMedia’s Paula Bolyard) that you can legitimately claim to be a sort of ersatz female. But I agree with her that doesn’t qualify you to be the first female four-star admiral in the public health service.
