Islamophobes

Eddie Bernice, crookin’

It’s pathetic the way these black politicians apparently figure that their personal and racial grievances entitle them to steal from the system when they get the opportunity. “Unknowingly,” the Dallas Democrat claims. Yeah, I’ll just bet. Sort of like the First Lady’s extravagant vacation in Spain, also on the taxpayers’ dime, only on a smaller scale.

Sarah packs ’em in

You could say that Glenn Beck did it, brought the 300,000 to 500,000 folks to the mall in D.C. today. But who wants to look at him? Must have been Sarah.

Meanwhile, the Obamalot court media just happens to have fallen in line with the same two-word assessment of the crowd i.e. “overwhelmingly white.” Yeah, let’s keep it racial, boys, like you always do. You’ve  spent two years branding most of the country racist, homophobic, Islamophobic, etc. Ever wonder if that could be the source of your circulation and financial woes? Might.

Bunny Show Jumping

I knew rabbit meat was tasty. You can even find it in some groceries, if you ask discreetly or know where to look. But leave it to the Danes to not only make pets of bunnies, but to train them in a sort of miniature steeplechase. Ta-da!

A break from Lloyd, please

While it’s unlikely that forever-politician and Texas Liberal Lloyd Doggett finally can be unseated in November, it’s interesting that his challenger, working mom Donna Campbell, is wisely running against Queen Nancy:

“A vote for any Democrat in [the] U.S. Congress is a vote to keep Nancy Pelosi as speaker of the House. This is the same Nancy Pelosi who said we have to pass bills before we can know what’s in them. This is the same Nancy Pelosi who said extending unemployment benefits creates jobs. And yes, this is the same Nancy Pelosi who just last week called for investigating Americans who are opposed to building the mosque at Ground Zero.”

She’s likewise smart to hammer home the truth that Lloyd’s campaign money come from the big-time lobbyists in D.C. whom he caters to, as a career-politician who hasn’t worked for a living since he was in college.

“I might also point out that a large portion of Lloyd Doggett’s three million dollar war chest was raised by entrenched special interests inside the beltway, while most of my contributions have come from individuals living in and around Austin….while Mr. Doggett lives a life of luxury inside the ruling class bubble. He got a pay raise while the rest of us have been tightening our belts to make ends meet.”

Good luck, Donna. We all deserve a break from Prince Lloyd.

The plastic cycle of life

Plastic bags, which I greatly prefer to paper (which has a tendency to get wet and fall apart, dropping everything in the street) are under assault everywhere these days. Particularly in (where else) California, home of Queen Nancy, the botox pol a majority of us know and despise. So this little “mockumentary” is more affecting than even its producers realize. Plastic or paper? Plastic, of course. Have some compassion. Help those little bags get out to sea with their pals. Don’t let them die!!!
