DICK,you should come down to Lakeland, Fl in late April,to the Sun-n-Fun fly in, they always have several WWII fighters & bombers there,they do the pyro thing out on the runway while the planes make their strafing & bombing runs. It is a great show and they have access passes to go in some of the planes.If you ever get the opportunity to attend ,contact me, and I can probably get you some entrance passes.

    Yes, we have those here, in San Marcos and Midland, anyhow. Though I believe their largest is a B-17.

  3. Plexiglas – do they use it still? I clearly remember how it smell when being sown.

    I never noticed a smell, but I never saw it made. I think they do still use it. It gets foggy with age, I think, especially if you try to use glass cleaner on it, as I did with an old garage window.
