    Barry can, if it interferes with his golf game or party schedule. He wouldn’t go to Berlin, remember.
    Besides, I’m not so cynical about Bush. He has nothing to gain by going to Fort Hood. He just happens to have more character and sense of honor than most of the other ex-presidents.

    He isn’t allowed to run again, by law. I doubt he’d be fool enough to want to, after eight years of being pilloried.
