It’s enough that Joe Biden makes historical things up to suit his political narrative, like the one about his helicopter being forced down by terrorists in Afghanistan when it was really about a snowstorm.

In this regard, Biden is just another Vietnam draft-dodger who has a mid-life wannabee thing for imagining he’s been in combat. But when he takes his penchant for lying so far as to hype the story of his first wife’s traffic death by slandering the dead truck driver who caused it, thereby shaming the guy’s already embarrassed family, you have to wonder about his sanity. What a heckuva vice president Old Hairplugs Joe would make.

Barry could be criticized for many examples of poor judgement, such as his racist, radical and terrorist associates. But one thing stands out above all the others.

Instead of smearing Sarah for her anti-abortion stand–which she has never made a part of her politics–Barry’s cheerleaders should grill him on the most obnoxious vote of his days in the Illinois legislature: to deny children who survive abortions basic medical care.

MORE: Instead, the WaPo frontpages another, old story about Cindy McCain’s onetime drug problems, and joins the propagandists at ABC in whacking Sarah over another misquote, this time a remark on Iraq. Clearly, they have no shame when it comes to trying to elect Barry.

Finally, a laser beam cuts through the convoluted murk veiling Mr. Hope and Change and Chicago political fixer Tony Rezko:

Some folks think that white guilt will propel Barack Obama into the White House:

"Mr Obama would be a Democratic president, and with no war blood on his hands."

I think this is plain silly, not the least because Al Q is at war with us, and Obama doesn’t want to fight. It’s also a case of the MSM talking to itself, which it often does, mistaking its colleagues for the voice of the people.

The half-black presidential candidate isn’t really analyzed by the MSM so much as adored. So Steve Sailer takes on the thankless task of doing it for them.

"…the Bad Obama, a close student of other people’s weaknesses, a literary artist of considerable power in plumbing his deep reservoirs of self-pity and resentment, an unfunny Evelyn Waugh consumed by indignation toward his own mother’s people."

I wouldn’t vote for him even if he was what Sailer also calls him, "a male Oprah…the crown prince of niceness," if only because he has no experience, he voted early against the campaign in Iraq and he otherwise seems to have little clue about what it’s all about. But, then, a lot of other people don’t either.

Democrat Senator and soon-to-be presidential candidate Joe Biden–he of the carefully-combed thinning hair–says of his colleague Barack Obama:

“I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy,” he said. “I mean, that’s a storybook, man.”

I presume the MSM, which has been pretty nice to this clown since Biden’s last presidential run, in 1988, ended in plagiarism charges, will let this go. After all, they helped whitewash the braggart soldier. But, really now, the first mainstream African-American who is "articulate" and "bright" and "clean"(!).

Joe Biden. Shallow. Stupid. Racist.
