Swiftboating Baby Barry

Baby Barry will not be Swiftboated, the Dem daily trumpets this morning, because he will fight back. As if the Dem’s ersatz war hero John Kerry didn’t try to outargue his Vietnam veteran attackers. He may have slacked off a bit since he had the MSM in the tank for him. They were refusing to take seriously the blasts from his detractors, who were almost his entire old chain of command in the war. But that fact alone, plus their ability to circulate on the Internet their story and attack ads which the old media had rejected, proved to be enough. Kerry, meanwhile, still refuses to release his service records. Some hero. This time the ersatz racial healer likewise has a daisy chain of ignominy to hang around his neck, from his loudmouth racist pastor of twenty years to his crooked housing financier and his unrepentent terrorist buddies, to mention just three. Nevermind his stated aims to ban handguns, etc. So fire all the torpedoes you like, Dems, the swift boats are coming to get you. Again.

ObamaChe

Tigerhawk asks why we keep seeing Che posters in the offices of Baby Barry supporters like this liberal judge who is trying to overturn Ohio’s death penalty. Even Fidel thought Che was a moron.

Why we need to win in Iraq

Baby Barry and Mac apparently can’t agree on the formats for more than a few "debates," as contrived as the "debates" have been in the past and likely will continue to be. Baby Barry’s got the money and, so far, the polls and so he has no reason to give Mac anything. Can’t blame him for that. As for Mac, well, some of the Seablogger’s pessimism is starting to rub off on me. Mac the moderate better get off it and start explaining why he champions the Iraq campaign and why the rest of us better suck it up, too. There are good arguments, but he needs to make them and not try to duck the whole thing. Starting here, where even the Dem thinktankers agree, would be a good idea.

Without precedent, literally.

Baby Barry loves it, the Supremes ignoring precedent to hand out Constitutional rights to alien enemies captured abroad. McCain is appalled, and he’s not alone.

"’The Nation will live to regret what the Court ha[s] done today,’ Justice Antonin Scalia writes in his dissent in Boumediene v. Bush. Fred Thompson thinks so, too.

I immediately thought of President Lincoln, who suspended habeus corpus for every American during the Civil War, and the South hadn’t even knocked down any buildings with thousands of people in them.

UPDATE: All hail the imperial court. It’s for sure the jihadis will. In practical terms, however, it could boil down to our troops taking a lot fewer prisoners. They’re not likely to jeopardize their own lives to keep the imperial court happy.

Barry, et al, can’t run a restaurant

But he’s hot to run your health care. And, as Scott at The Fat Guy says, a whole lot of you are hot for him and his pals to get to doing it. Suckers.

Dems bail

Let’s see, what’s the count now? Three, or is it four, Dem congressmen have opted out on Barry? Looks like we have a trend in the making.

Guilt by association

If anyone ever deserved the guilt for his racist, crooked, terroristic, and slimy friends, it’s Barry. If he was a Republican, you’d know all about them. But he isn’t. So you have to sniff a little to smell him out. But not to worry, we can do it. We sniffed out Kerry and he lost by five million votes.

UPDATE: Yipes, even CafePress is in the tank for Barry. No Barry-related satire, please. Good grief.
