Great vote-for-Trump campaign video answer to Hollyweird’s Hildafelon pusher

Accident or terrorism?

As anti-Semitism becomes more prevalent and vicious at U.S. colleges and universities it’s easy to see it everywhere even when it isnt there. Thus you have to wonder about the SpaceX explosion yesterday in Florida.

That Falcon 9 that blew up on the pad, supposedly running an engine test of some sort, despite its payload already being in place atop the stack, destroyed an Israeli-made satellite belonging to Facebook. The sat was intended to improve Internet reception via smartphones in rural Africa.

The Times of Israel, whose initial reports carried no hint of terrorism, said the loss of the $200 million sat would be a major blow to the country’s space industries. Facebook merely vowed to soldier on.

UPDATE:  Here’s an early, conspiracy-theory explanation. The Falcon 9 suffered a drone attack. The official investigation is going to take lots of time.

Dems are seeing Nazi salutes everywhere

At the RNC, anyhow. All a pol (or a conservative talk radio star) had to do was extend their arm to point at the crowd and the gesture became a Nazi salute.

Mrs. T. gets charged with plagiarism and then the opposition starts seeing Nazi salutes. This how Democrats do it. Anything to change the subject. Will it work? Wait and see.

Barry’s chickens are flying home to roost

Three more dead police and a fourth one in critical condition in Baton Rouge.

And our little Barry Hussein disingenuously wringing his hands. Lecturing us all to stop killing police. But we aren’t all killing police. Just his racial brethren. The latest one a former Marine and National of Islam member who railed against “crackers” on YouTube. He said the Dallas police murders were “justice.”

Our little Barry Hussein’s “nuanced” equivalences between thug behavior and police response for the past 7.5 years has finally brought us to this pass reminiscent, as Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal puts it “of a third world country.”

Barry’s chickens are home to roost. With no small help from the Democrat snooze media, of course, which will now launch into its own lecturing. Without mentioning race, of course. Race only enters their picture when blacks are victims. Well, other than Montrell Jackson, the black cop in Baton Rouge who was murdered this morning. Wonder how they’ll twist that one.

If this keeps up, and I see no reason why it won’t, with Black Lies Matter still blocking highways and the usual race-baiters like Barry’s pal Al Sharpton in full cry, Trump is going to win in a landslide that makes Nixon’s triumph in 1972 look puny.

Not that that would be a bad thing (anything is better than eight years of the Hildabeast and more Democrat-inspired racial animosity and an awful economy) but the police body count could become a little extreme. It’s already at eight, with nine likely soon.

And you’ll need to be sure to remember to keep both hands on top of the wheel when stopped by police on the highway. They are bound to be touchy.

Turkey coup deja vu

I was fortunately away at college at the time but my sisters and parents were still living in Turkey in 1962-63 when the military staged the then-latest of their periodic attempted takeovers of what they considered a too-traditional (i.e. religious) government. My sister recalls:

“The attempted coup in Ankara Turkey is deja vu all over again. In my senior year in high school in Ankara, there was an attempted coup by mid level Turkish military and they took possession of the Turkish Parliament…which just happened to be a short distance across an open field behind our house. So we heard gun shots in the middle of the night as well as Turkish fighter jets strafing the parliament area. Unfortunately as the jets pulled up they didn’t always cut off their guns fast enough to prevent hitting the back of our house. Near dawn, 2 or 3 Turkish fighter jets flew over the city (Ankara is built in a mountainous bowl) and broke the sound barrier while firing their afterburners. Quite a wakeup call for the city with breaking glass everywhere. I was already awake talking to my parents about what we would have to do..as in possible evacuation. My younger sister woke up screaming. We then set the table with china and silver and scrambled eggs. Give people jobs when they are terrified and really can’t effect the circumstances around them.”

I wasn’t surprised to hear about it when I did. The whole city was under martial law most of them time we lived there from 1961-64 with soldiers patrolling the streets with rifles. Unlovely place, Turkey, then and now. Stay away if you can is my advice.

Unfriended

Facebook is a huge time suck and, near as I can tell, worth neither the time nor the suck. Our pal Mr. Goon (who uses another alias on FB) seems to enjoy it. He posts there a few dozen times every day.

An old girlfriend of mine from high school posts at least a hundred times a day. She claims to be married. I hope she’s a widow because otherwise her husband is a Facebook widower. There are such things.

Anyhow, she’s of the liberal (read leftist, though liberals seldom admit to leftism) persuasion so she doesn’t hit the like button on mine very often. But I try to mix the politics up with jokes about cats and so she does occasionally. When she does I feel the need to respond in kind. Then I run across all the usual leftist crap about greedy corporations, lying Republicans and how we need more rules and taxes for another deserving something or other.

And, lately, a big push for the Hildabeast for president. Eww.

So eww that the last time I visited and saw another Hildabeast promo I couldn’t help myself. I wrote “Slick Willie’s cuckold” in the comments. Bam! The old girlfriend replied: “Are you beyond help?” Before I could respond she unfriended me. Can’t get into her place anymore.

No big loss. She wasn’t much of a girlfriend, either. Oh, I liked her plenty when I was eighteen. Then I grew up.
