Terrorism in Tennessee

Another blood-thirsty jihadi, another sha’ria lover and wannabe kiddie diddler, goat-f**ker and wife-beater. And four dead Marines and a dead sailor at a military recruiting center.

More talk and bureaucratic promises you can bet will come to nothing, swept under the federal rug by the usual suspects. Since, as Gov. Jindal says, we can’t defeat Muslim evil without first recognizing that it exists. More raucous decrying of modern leftist practice of putting up gun-free signs—effectively inviting killers not to worry about armed self-defense—while declining to surreptitiously allow arms inside.

Reminded me of when I managed Army recruiters in 1970-71 from a 4-state recruiting command headquarters in West Virginia. None of us were armed, even at that time of heightened anger at the military over the Vietnam War thanks to lying public testimony by the likes of John Kerry.

But we were not stupid enough to advertise the fact to every idiot who might come calling—like everyone from Navy and Marine recruiters to kindergartners is forced by stupid politicians to do today. Damn their eyes!

UPDATE:  The jihadi schmuck might have been directed by ISIS. More. And you can probably thank both of them for a continuation of this noted increase.

MORE:  Meanwhile, the Democrat news media and the bureaucrats pretend the killer’s motive is still a mystery. Does anyone respect these idiots any more? Anyone with a grade-school education? They have no shame. At least Ted gets it.

Barry dithers while ISIS crucifies

Crucifies and burns.

While Our Little Barry tells us—from a Pentagon platform, of all places—that guns have never defeated ideologies. Only superior ideas can do that.

Ignoring, as usual, the facts. Such as Nazi Germany, Imperial Japan, the Confederacy, and etc. And when you consider Reagan’s buildup of “guns,” in the Strategic Defense Initiative, Soviet communism.

McCaul is just another RINO

Shoot, our very own District 10 Republican rep is trying to get the feds to create yet another expensive bureaucracy—more federal employees, more taxes, more regulations. Isn’t that a Democrat thing? It’s also a RINO thing.

“Now Rep. Michael McCaul wants to create a federal Office of Coordination for Countering Violent Extremism and house it at the Department of Homeland Security…the new bureau would be responsible for a range of activities, including ‘identifying risk factors that contribute to violent extremism in communities in the United States,’ [at] $10 million a year for the next five years, and a new post—the ‘assistant secretary for countering violent extremism’—would be created to run it.”

“Violent extremism,” by the way, is the Obama administrations preferred euphemism for the threat that dares not speak its name in his presence, i.e. the Muslim Jihad. And it’s so versatile. Whatever RINO McCaul’s intention is here, what do you want to bet this turns into an assault on gun owners, the Tea Party and any other group of conservatives the predominantly Democrat federal bureaucracy dislikes?

Thanks a bunch, Mike. We need to retire you ASAP.

2nd Amendment follies

Here’s an idea from Gay Patriot that the Stupid Party or the much smarter Tea Party really should look into.

“…if the right approached gun rights the same way the left approaches abortion and gay marriage, they would demand that the state subsidize gun purchases and that businesses be forced to sell guns whether they wanted to or not.”

Works for me. About time those RINOs in Congress got around to being proactive about something besides their graft.

Muslim bomber’s mom wishes us in hell

“…the United States will burn ‘in the flames of an eternal and terrifying fire,’ says the observant Muslim mother of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the convicted Boston Marathon bomber who was sentenced to death but will probably never meet the hangman.

This is Little Barry’s Justice Department, after all. If they didn’t screw up the case so it will be overturned on appeal—a big if—their federal appeals judges will find a way to let him off with prison, until he’s eventually paroled.

“Predictably, [federal] prosecutors assured the public that the bombers were not motivated by religion—despite what the bombers themselves believed,” notes the Religion of Peace blog, in linking to this personal affirmation of Tsarnaev’s religious intent.

Much like the Fort Hood killer who shouted Alley Who Quackbar over and over as he pulled trigger but the feds ignored it and wrote off his crime as “workplace violence.” It’s their clarity of purpose that strengthens our religious enemies such as the ISIS terrorist army against our often hapless, secular defenders.

Which is why being armed is a very good idea these days.

Open carry of swords

I concur with Andy of MyOldRV who says openly carrying a gun merely warns any possible attackers ahead of time to come up with a stronger strategy and tactics .

Ah, but swords. A rapier, I think, would be a nice everyday accouterment to hang on the hip. A saber would be even better but being longer (and curved) it might be harder to deal with.

Open carry of swords, that’s the ticket. And Bowie knives.
