Islam is the only religion I ever heard of that not only sanctions wife-beating, but gives instructions on how to do it. Just enough. Not too much. And, as Donald Sensing notes, the reason is simple:

“Islam formally infuses little to no value in this life and in this world. Allah is remote and unconnected… There is no chance in Islamic thought that Allah could possibly be embodied among us – this Christian idea is very specifically rejected in the Quran – and there is no concept whatever of the Holy Spirit, or, as the Jewish Scriptures put it, the Presence of the Lord.”

So go ahead, Mr. Muslim. Beat your wife if she won’t do your biding. Allah couldn’t care less and he isn’t watching.

Now here’s an idea that, if it’s really as promising as the initial claims suggest, could not only solve the so-called energy crisis (promoted by the radical Greens who want to stop drilling for available oil and gas), but global warming (to the extent it’s really a problem) and, gasp, climate change.

If Obamalot really is serious about alternative fuels (as opposed to just trying to help their his cronies make a bigger buck), let’s see them him give the big federal taxpayer grants to help drive this to market.

Never heard of the SPR? The more familiar term is the Democrat Party. PJMedia’s Roger L. Simon explains:

“Increasingly, racism – and more generally the division of our country into racial and ethnic interest groups — is all the Democrats have. The rest of liberal/leftist ideology is disintegrating all around them, as fragile and illusory as the welfare state itself.

“Without racism – or more exactly the putative existence of racism – the Democratic Party would be an association of overpaid trade union executives, unemployed Occupy movement sympathizers and trial lawyers. In other words – mighty small.”

The myth of the racist slaying of the innocent punk Trayvon Martin, with his gold-capped teeth and gangsta hoodie, by a “white Hispanic” (a term never before seen in the news media) is merely the latest example of the Democrat and news media (but I repeat myself) need to preserve racism.

Jane is the name of our Tom Tom automobile navigation system. She speaks in a refined British accent, which is always amusing, especially when she mentions roundabouts, which we don’t have in Texas. We’ll miss her.

The Obama bureaucracy wants to cripple Tom Tom and similar devices. The Janes and their dynamic screens are too distracting for drivers, they say, etc., etc.

The Nanny State. Ever in search of private jobs to destroy and conveniences to eliminate. To justify the jobs of the overpaid, very-hard-to-fire bureaucrats, you see.

Our lout of a president is offering a private deal to Vladimir Putin, as one petty tyrant to another: If Putin doesn’t criticise him while he’s running for re-election, why, when he’s won a second term, he’ll be “flexible” on our missile defense for Poland and other Eastern European countries which Putin wants eliminated—to facilitate any future Russian attack.

Given the president’s wellknown penchant for lying about everything from Obamacare to the price of gasoline, it’s hard to say who would get the bigger screwing here, Eastern Europe or Putin. It better be Putin or the Republicans will have really good grounds for impeachment.

Well, the using marijuana part fits, though peddling it may not. Being late to class all the time? Who knows?

But I don’t know about the wife-beater tee-shirt, the gold-capped teeth, or the Twitter nom de plume of  NO_LIMIT_NIGGA.

This is obviously not the cute little boy pix the liberal media has been showing us for days now. Nor is Trayvon’s recent behavior so laudable. So I suppose we can assume the Obamalot staff was also taken in by the media’s fraud.

Hence Tulane professor Karen Johannesson who was angry that Newt Gingrich was on her campus so she drowned him out with rock music:

“’That fatass. … I don’t care if he comes to talk, but I don’t think I should  have to listen.’ As Gingrich emerged from the back of the Richardson Hall to  leave, Johannesson cried, ‘Boo! Go home!’”

American “higher” education in action. So conformist.  So expensive. So worthless.
