Chip in your gun?

Massachusetts legislators are considering putting GPS location chips in guns sold in the state, presumably to track their whereabouts.

Instapundit suggests putting the chips in the politicians, instead, since more of them have been shown to be criminals than there have been guns used in crimes.

All a bit silly, of course, and also useless. All states already are quite capable of tracking the whereabouts of the populace via the cellphones most of them carry with them every day.

Why I can wait for Mar. 24

Although I really am looking forward to flying to Israel on that date….

Wouldbe Palestinian state celebrates a killer

Wafa Idris was the first Palestinian female suicide bomber. She blew herself up at a shoe store killing one Israeli and wounding 150 others.

And now a Fatah-affiliated youth center, near Ramallah, has named a sporting event for youth in her honor. Yeah.

This is the stuff you rarely hear about outside of Israel: “the long [Palestinian] history of glorifying terrorists and presenting them as role models for children.”

Esti Ginsberg: Rule 5

The 19-year-old Israeli model  is serving her obligated time in the IDF.

More taxpayer follies

“When presidents of government-funded broadcasting are making more than the president of the United States, it’s time to get the government out of public broadcasting.”

That’s $632,233 in annual compensation for the president of PBS-NPR. We’re in the best of hands. Just ask them, they’ll tell you. Nightly, as they ask for more.

Girls with guns: Rule 5

Speaking of Israel, let’s hear it for the women of the IDF. Not always what you’d expect. These gals come at you directly. They don’t sneak into your house at night and murder your toddlers and babies in their sleep.

UPDATE: The New York Times and CNN coverup, adding insult to infanticide, while Palestinians in Gaza danced in the streets and handed out candy. You know, like on 9/11.

Infanticide gets death penalty?

Only reason for the question mark is that the subject is abortion which, as we all know, must be performed freely, even up to the third trimester, lest minority women be forced to use rusty coat hangers in back alleys.

As for the accused, we could use scissors to snip their spines, but that would be, uh, cruel and unusual punishment, right? Wasn’t for the born-alive babies.

What really is no surprise is that this “Women’s Medical Society” operated for forty years under the noses of the health bureaucrats without apprehension. Obviously, our taxes were hard at work. We’re in the best of hands.
