Good news: Al Jiz is a fizz

“CNN averages 453,000 viewers, AJAM (Al Jazeera America) has 17,000 viewers. Those are just different levels of failure. [Fox averages 1.7 million.]

“The difference is that CNN still has an enormous amount of impact on the national political and social conversation. As long as that impact exists, the Left is going to fund CNN.

AJAM has no impact. None. Zip. Nada. The network’s stories get zero traction. Not a single story, video clip, factoid, or interview has ever penetrated the news cycle in any way. AJAM is the proverbial tree in a forest no one hears fall.”

Could be that’s why terrorist-supporting Qatar’s baby went blatantly pro-Hamas when Israel fought back against the rockets. Gotta get an audience somehow, even if it means taking off the mask.

  1. ” the Left is going to fund CNN.” This is very important. I’ve told people that taking heart from the MSM’s shrinking audience numbers and believing it would indicate a change in MSM’s ideological stance to not kid themselves. They could lose money until the cows come home, but as long as they do their “job” the left will somehow keep the money “our money” coming in any way possible.

  2. At least it explains why Al Bore can’t get his money.

  3. I don’t think CNN gets tax money. That might have been the author’s editorializing, since he couldn’t imagine the right contributing to what has long been called the Communist News Network. Does explain Al Bore’s problem, doesn’t it? Although Qatar surely has deeper pockets than its baby Al Jiz.

  4. In the end it will be tax money. They’ll launder it through charities, unions, campaign funds, initiatives, programs, etc. This has been going on for years.

  5. I see your point. Indeed.
