Thank you, white, working-class America

Mr. Boy and I are excited. We didn’t think the Trumpet could win. We drank the big media’s Kool Aid. And the big pollsters. And so on and so forth. But we are so happy to have had our stomachs pumped by reality. (Disgusting metaphor. Sorry.)

And, apparently, we have America’s finally-angry white working class to thank. Way to go Deplorables. You won’t be sorry. Lots of goony Leftists and the rest of the PC crowd will be. But you won’t. If anyone can convince the Congress (and a Republican Congress at that) to lower taxes, and cut back on regulations, thereby boosting the economy into creating more jobs, the Trumpet can. Not to mention seriously quelling those waves of low-wage illegal immigrants and refugees. Will it raise prices for the rest of us? Probably. But that’s real equity for a change.

Hell, after the rioting Leftists get tired of being tear-gassed and arrested, the previously-Stupid Party might even be able to bring back some manufacturing, at least light manufacturing. It could be a good time to be only a high school graduate again.

Is that wishful thinking? That’s what the Ruling Class said about the Trumpet winning. And now they’re all crying in their chardonnay. Woot!

UPDATE:  Trump’s victory speech, a bit rambling, of course, but basically telling. He was always a better person than the snooze media gave him credit for. Wall Street, too. Stocks are down, sure. My 401K took a hit, I’m sure, but it’s going to be good for the people who don’t have one.

Why You Shouldn’t Trust Election Reporting

Because the dominant news media is Democrat and it works for the government.

“Tragically, our national media now sees itself as part of the government, and as a consequence, the media’s mission to hold institutions accountable has been dropped entirely in favor of relentless agenda-pushing.”

So good luck finding out what really happened today. You’ll need a mix of sources, most of them on the Internet. Sort of like trying to find out the real unemployment figures over the past eight years of Obama’s lies.

UPDATE:  For instance, can you believe the #ExitPolls, either when they show Trump ahead or behind? The former could be trying to suppress the rest of the Trump vote. The latter could be because Trumpets are shy to admit their support of the anti-PC candidate.

MORE: I’ve been following it on Twitter and PJMedia, with occasional glances at the NYT’s “forecast meter.” Well, occasional glances until it swung the braying she-ass (as the North Koreans call you-know-who) below a 50 percent chance of winning. Then boosted Trump to a 79 percent chance. And later to 87 percent. Wow. Just wow.

Man of The Year: Julian Assange

“Meanwhile, the true hero of this election is the mainstream media’s polar opposite, Julian Assange, the man whose life is literally endangered while living under virtual house arrest in the Ecuadorian embassy in London. It is he—and his organization—who truly reports the news undistorted and unbiased through undisputed primary sources. It is he who has revealed to our country and the world how power works.”

Maidgate

“Clinton entrusted far more than the care of her DC residence, known as Whitehaven, to [her maid Marina] Santos. She expected the Filipino immigrant to handle state secrets, further opening the Democratic presidential nominee to criticism that she played fast and loose with national security.”

Not that the FBI or DOJ give a damn. Little people go to jail for accidental disclosures. The Ruling Class gets away with intentional ones. As Kurt Schlichter says, “You can never hear too much about #Maidgate. It’s Clintonism distilled to its corrupt, entitled essence.”

Down a short rope

To paraphrase an old Irish Republican Army toast:
Up a long ladder
And down a short [rope]
To hell with Queen Hillary
And all of her hope
If that don’t work
We’ll jail her ass
and send her to hell
with all of her class.

Post-election civil war?

PJ Media’s Roger Simon: “As miserable as this endless election season has been, the aftermath is likely to be far worse.  You don’t have to be Nostradamus to see that putting the American Humpty Dumpty together again is going to be a herculean task. Our country could be permanently fractured in ways few of us would have anticipated even a year ago.  Anything is possible now.”

But, not, I think civil war. The insane angries are too ad-hoc, with no real infrastructure, or base of supply. I do think if Trump is elected, the leftists who already are used to spending their time in the streets, confronting the police, will do a lot more of it. At least until a few of them get killed. Hopefully not too many police will have to die, but I wouldn’t be surprised if some did. But a sustained war? Most of the leftists are too wimpy for that. Few of them even know how to load a gun, let alone clean one.

If Clinton is elected, I could foresee a Democrat version of Nixon’s Saturday Night Massacre (Wikipedia here) in which either Obama fires Comey and starts a purge of the FBI or, more likely, he preserves what legacy he has and waits to let her do it after her inauguration. In the meantime, even if the FBI were to recommend she be indicted, they have no grand jury to do it and no prosecutors to put her on trial. That’s up to Loretta Lynch’s DOJ and while there might be a lot of yelling about how it’s not being done, it wouldn’t get done on the remainder of Obama’s watch.

As for a conservative civil war, that’s a contradiction in terms. Conservatives are not demonstrators. Many of them own guns and like to shoot. But they aren’t rioters and they certainly wouldn’t confront the police.

So civil war? Violence maybe but I can’t imagine how a real war would work.

Probably not a good idea if you’re contemplating putting a Trump sign in your yard or a sticker on your car. Unless you have enough money to fix the inevitable damages. There’s no one more intolerant of other people’s opinions than a Democrat.

UPDATE POST TRUMP VICTORY: Hahahahahahaha! Up the Deplorables!
