Goose-stepping Wookies

Those Iranians and their Gazan acolytes are really a hoot. You just don’t know fear until you’ve seen the Iranian wookie suits on parade. Apparently they think these hula-skirts-gone-beserk will be good camouflage when their day of military reckoning comes.

Forgetting all those airborne IR sensors cutting through to the heat of the matter. The Gazan string version is even more pathetic. It’s hard to take these people seriously, even under the best of circumstance. I’d say there’s a better than even chance they will turn their new nukes onto themselves.

Shrillary: still lying about the “settlements”

Our secretary of, ahem,  state compares the Palestinian “culture of hate” with Israeli settlements in Samaria and Judea, as though the two were comparable. She also continues to call  the East Jerusalem apartment buildings in a Jewish neighborhood near the Knesset “settlements.”

Which she knows they are not. All, apparently, to back up her obfuscating, prevaricating boss who is still trying to get the anti-Jewish Iranian mullahs to talk to him. Give it a rest, Shrillary. You make Biden look smart.

Dictator’s club helping Iran get the bomb

Oh, surely not. Not our global betters at the  house of internationalism. You know, the ones who rail against carbon footprints for us peons while foregoing Skype for themselves and all jetting off to Bali for a plush “climate” conference.

But so it seems, that the IAEA, the alleged non-proliferation agency of the dictator’s club–to whom our Congress sends $5 billion of our tax money every year– not only stalled for time to let Iran build its bomb but actually impeded those who might have stopped it. The blood will be on ElBaradei’s hands.

Hugo & the P-3

The P-3s are advertised as sub hunters but anybody who remembers the one that was downed flying along China’s border a few months before 9/11 may remember that it was packed with computers for listening to digital and analog communications.

Course it’s a bit hard to imagine Hugo’s regime being particularly sophisticated enough to warrant P-3 snooping. Which makes our denial more than plausible for once. I do wish Chavez & Co. didn’t have F-16s, but that’s neither here nor there now. Worse is Hugo’s new ties with Iran.

Iran, Day Thirteen

If you won’t miss Jacko (his best work was years ago) and Farah was never your cup of mocha nor Gov. Sanford of any particular interest, you can still keep up with the Iranian protesters as they get picked off one by one.

Iranian and some Western bloggers always have had the best reporting and aggregating on it, anyhow. Of course, the UN is useless, as always. Heck, it’s the Dictator’s Club. What, you thought it was the protector of humanity? Only the thug version.

Quagmire

TalibanControl.jpg

South Vietnam is what this map reminds me of. Think of the red places as NVA-controlled Indian Country. Places where our forces didn’t/don’t go for very long. S. Warzistan on the left bottom is where that Predator’s Hellfire missiles killed all those Talibani at the funeral the other day. Eighty-something. I expected to be reading of Lefty outrage about that by now. The fact I didn’t sorta figures, though. This is Barry’s campaign now. He campaigned for it. His Leftist pals wanted it. Now they’ve got it. Lotsa luck. They’re sure going to need it.

I think they’re all going to be very sorry before The One’s first term is over. Iraq was/is the Left’s hated campaign, but it’s the one that made the most sense to me. Nevermind the WMDs and all that baloney. The point in going in there was/is that it’s in the middle of the Jihadi swamp that needs to be drained. I also believe that whatever success we’ve had there had more to do with the recent Iranian uprising than anything Barry said in Cairo or anywhere else. (He’s too longwinded, too on-the-one-hand, on-the-other-hand, to inspire anybody.) So let’s see what he’s going to do with Afghanistan. Wallow in the quagmire, I expect. Although that Predator strike on a funeral, of all things, was a good start. Wish we’d had more UAVs in South Vietnam. Apaches are nice, too.

Death to Dictators

It may take some refreshing and repeat clicking, but this Iranian blogger’s site has good photos and video of the ongoing confrontations. Nice of the regime’s thugs to wear red helmets. Makes it easier to pick them out of the crowd.
