The murderer vs the clown

Much as I despise Andrew Sullivan, that crowd-following anti-Semite who’s played catcher far too long, his latest at least provides a springboard for chat—thanks to Althouse.

“…one is exciting, risky, and entertaining. The other is dreary, predictable, and medicinal.” Medicinal with unknown but probably deadly side-effects.

Ambassador Stevens could not be reached for comment. And I think (see the comments at the blogfather’s) even he would vote for the clown over the Uterus.

UPDATE:  Now that the Trumpet is the presumptive nominee, the Democrat news media behemoth is awakening from its eight years of slumber. “The knives are being sharpened as we speak.”

Microsoft backs the Democrats

In case you were thinking about buying a new Surface tablet. You might want to think again.

“Microsoft on Friday announced that it would be making cash donations to the Democratic convention but not the Republican one. The announcement comes as advocates have increased their pressure on technology giants and other large corporations to refrain from sponsoring the Republican convention because of the rhetoric and proposed policies of GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump.”

I’m beginning to like the Trumpet. The Democrats only ever get hysterical about a GOP candidate when they’re afraid he might win. They went to sleep over Romney and McCain. They’d batter Cruz, if he had a better chance of the nomination. Trump is still ahead. And he would piss all over the Democrats.

Barry Hussein the job creator

Yes! Thousands of new jobs with his mouth alone. And not just new bureaucrats.

“The National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) has released a new report that reveals more than 100,000 jobs in gun-related industries were created in the last 7 years.

“The NSSF reports that in 2008 the number of jobs in firearms-related industries was 166,200. In 2015 that number jumped to 287,986, for an additional 121,786 jobs or an increase of 73%.”

I say that’s change we can believe in!

UPDATE:  Otherwise, he’s the first president not to see a single year of 3% GDP growth. Although I think you could thank his party—Pelosi, Reid, etc.— for most of the problem.

Rule 5: Jordan Carver

Truly, rare readers, spring is bustin’ out all over.

Lying is what she does

Don’t blame the Hildabeast. She can’t help herself. Lying is what she does.

“Hillary Clinton says that male soccer players on the U.S. national team are making hundreds of thousands of dollars more each year than female players. ‘This would be outrageous if it were true. But it isn’t,’ notes the Journal’s Allysia Finley. ‘Since 2008, six national-team men and six women have earned more than $1 million from the Federation. And according to ESPN, 14 of the 25 highest-earning national-team players over the past four years have been women, whose compensation averaged $695,269.’”

But don’t pity her, either. Fooling the uninformed is how the Uterus has made her political bones.

Too much science is bullshit

“Maverick researchers have long argued that much of what gets published in elite scientific journals is fundamentally squishy — that the results tell a great story but can’t be reproduced when the experiments are run a second time.

“…Over the course of four years, 270 researchers attempted to reproduce the results of 100 experiments that had been published in three prestigious psychology journals. It was awfully hard. They ultimately concluded that they’d succeeded just 39 times.”

And it’s not just psychology that has a problem. Climate science anyone? So the next time King Barack or one of his minions says the science is settled, you’d be wise to be skeptical. Even if his worshipers want you thrown in jail for doubting his Earness.

King Barack: Do what I say

The king doesn’t negotiate. He commands. With a wave of his mighty scepter. Our snooze media jumps, anyhow.

“During his two-term presidency, his Democratic party has lost control of both the House of Representatives and the Senate. But King Barack was unimpressed at the verdicts of the people. By royal decree, or as the White House calls it, executive order, he has attempted to stop illegal immigrants being deported, increase the minimum wage, intensify gun regulation and cut greenhouse gas emissions.”

British newspapers don’t jump. They’re making fun of His Earness. He deserves it.
